Standard Shipping is free on orders $50 and up. Standard shipping rates are applied to orders below $50 and vary depending on the selected method of delivery. Available delivery speed depends on whether the product is in-stock at our warehouse. Orders containing multiple items may be split up into different shipments to get you your items faster.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are exempt from free shipping. Free shipping applies to states within the Continental U.S. Only.
You may choose from one of the following methods:
1. Return items for a refund to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account you used for payment, minus a $5.95 return shipping fee (unless the return is a result of our error) which will be deducted from your refund.
** Note that Alaska and Hawaii are exempt from the standard flat return shipping rate.
2. Returns exceeding the 14 day return grace period will not be accepted. You must start the return process within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
3. If you send multiple items in your return, the return shipping fee is $5.95. If you’re sending us returns from two different orders, you’ll be charged for each return. If the reason for return is the result of a Define Yourself Clothing error, you will not be charged.
4. You must email customer support for a return label at Support@DefineYourselfClothing.com and state your reason for the return OR mail it directly to:

For an item to be eligible for return, the following must apply:
1 You must start the return process within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
2. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including: polybags, hang tags on garments, and all labeling.
3. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
4. Items marked as non-returnable may not be returned at any time.
Refunds may take up to one credit card cycle from the date you mail your return to reflect on your original form of payment. After that time, you should expect to see the full amount of the refund, minus the return shipping charge where applicable, to your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.
We cannot exchange merchandise at this time.
